You see he had grown up on Lee's Bar b que when he was going to school in Wimberley, TX. So what was a Mother to do but go to Luling and tell Lee that Jason wanted his sausage for his wedding. We made arrangements to get several boxes to Blue Ridge, GA and the guests raved about it. Lee's sausage stole the show...you see they just can't get that kind of sausage in Georgia. With all the liquid ingredients mine came out really hard to keep together in patty form, I cooked them in a cast iron skillet.
